Every Saturday since the beginning of the season, we have the chance to enjoy a sunny day (or at least a non-rainy day) for the best day of the week.

What I really appreciate is the commitment of the boys coming even they can play or not, because of an injury. Changing room is full, even earlier in the week, we had only 11 players.

3rd chance for them, on a good cross, one of their wingers finds himself alone in the box. He decides to volley the ball at 6m in front on the goal. Fortunately for us, he doesn’t put it on target, so no goal.

Due to the lack of memory of the reporter on our clear chances, we can admit that this half time was mostly dominated by RBBFC but not clearly dominated as Choule created 3 good chances while we could not find the right tempo on our passing, our movements, with too many mistakes. Nevertheless, we could open the score. Something we can work on during the 2nd half.

We begin the 2nds half respecting the pre-game instructions: good pressing, get the ball back asap, a lot of movements, finding the space and take our opportunities.

After 2 minutes, Paul "the beast” makes an astonishing pressing on their sweeper to get the ball back and passes it to Daniel. Our Finish drives the ball to face easily their keeper. Fake movement and he puts the ball on the right post.

3 minutes later, Richard "the Young” destroys their midfield and drives the ball to the enter of the box. A shoot ? a pass ? no.

One of their defenders destroys Richard. Free-kick.

Hodgy says "it is almost a penalty, so it’s for me”. Richard says, "OK I will be always near to you”. Lovely couple !

Hodgy gives all what he has as power to put the ball in the wall. Richard, respecting his promise, stands near to Hodgy to put all the power he has on a semi-volley trough the wall. Ball ends into the net. 0-2.

Their captain was right, it was a strategic decision to change side at the beginning at the game.

Choule, at that moment, sends all their faith in the battle, resulting by a 50/50 possession.

But our defence and our organisation could control them. They only get a good shoot in the box saved by Jean injured’ leg.

Finally, and unexpected, Richard asks to be subbed. Martino is in the starting blocks to bring some power 'tikitaka' to the team.

Time now for RBBFC to exploit more the space. We create more and more chances. On one of them, we pass the ball lovely on the right between Daniele, Daniel, Martino and Paul. Search the triangles they said. Done. Daniele assists Paul trough the defenders. Paul doesn’t hesitate to chip the ball over the keeper. What a beautiful goal. 0-3.

Under applause for both, Thomas makes his comeback testing his injury to replace Daniel.

Choule creates a last chance in the last 10 min. On a good header in the box. But Jean makes the save on the crossbar.

We could easily reach Higgins result (0-4) but offsides and other bad decisions could not allow us to make it.

Triple round was announced before the game. Nostradamus was right.
