Home game, the 4th important game in a row. British arrive from 1 lost, 1 drew and 1 won game against the direct opponents, one question in their minds: are they worse, better or nothing special compare to the others? We will see it today. Bright Fall Saturday afternoon, 50ish supporter and Best Day of the Week.

First act, main character: N°9. In a close point of view on this not-so-bad player with football skills but even better folkloristic and linguistic skills, we can clearly see his nice Greek attitude and love for theatre.

The game started as usual: British trying to create first attempts, LTC defending in a compact way and N°9 brushing his amazing new haircut. Sometimes touching the ball, one-touch and nice passes, encouraging British defenders to do better because, you know, N°9 is the best player of this league, so come on guys "do you want to see more” "I can’t see you” "You can only stop me with fouls” (even if maybe he forgot what happened in the last 2 seasons). Anyway (Ta-daan) the game starts and proceeds with a good 60%-40% ball possession of the British (Ta-daan), like it was the choreography of the famous Zorba’s anthem song: 10min of long passes on the flanks, then nice straight passes in between their defenders (Tada-da-danaan). Only few dives and tears from N°9 and N°10, nothing to report about (Ta-daan). End first act : 0-0 (Tada-da-daan).

Second act/half it was time to show some nice football steps to the public, especially because even a choreographer from Brooklyn was there so, British decided to stop this Greek theatre and start to show some moves (here the musicians can accelerate the Ta-dan-Tadaratataan-tada-tarataan on the Sirtaki rhythm): Counterattack, Dries got the ball on the right flank, advanced towards the box and made a perfect low cross to Daniel, easy finish past the keeper. 1-0 well deserved. The entire game changed, no more difficulties in keeping the LTC goalie busy, attempts for British, nice ball possession until, remembering the phrase "a mistake can give them the 3 points, a great action can give us 3 points”, Dries simply applied his famous Dutch-touch: run a bit with the ball and smash the ball close to the nearest post. Normally he knows he scores like this, in fact: 2-0.

Just to give a longer pleasure to the supporters, British team added a little bit of Pathos to the game, N°9 (yes he was still there but over-upset) run into the box and received a light hip touch from our Ben-Ten, that inexplicably created a shock wave and a penalty for LTC. First attempt, Panenka, goal, cancelled by the referee. Second attempt, Chris almost got it, strong shoot to the right side: 2-1. With also a nice invitation from N°9 to the British supporters to literally go F..un themselves for the rest of the game.

Coach John doesn’t like Fun, especially Pathos and definitely hates Moussaka so he made the move: put the Italian doberman on him and let’s have fun - Dex, happy to have finally someone to play with, started his personal Mediterranean game with this not-so-bad player, unfortunately as soon as the game was serious: no more tricks, only more tears were served to the audience. RBBFC weren’t scared, but most likely it was to explain that nobody says those things to our supporters.

Unfortunately man-on-man sometimes is hard to play, especially for the other defenders, and a wrong move created space for LTC strikers, that with a middle distance good shot re-opened the game: 2-2.

Worried? No. Sirtaki? Still on. On the scene two rock-and-roll dancers: Kevin "the-roller-coaster” DeRoeck and Daniel "Arctic-snake” Donner. The first was causing confusion inside the penalty box, while the ball rolled out from the box straight in Arctic-snake path, low hard shot past the keeper. 3-2, please ring down the curtain. Applause. This is.. RBBFC!
