We warmly welcome new players aged 16-60 of all levels and all nationalities. However, before you continue, we ask you briefly to consider if you are likely to remain in Belgium for at least the next four or five months (ideally longer of course!)

Step 1. Fill this form in 
This form registers your details with R.B.B.F.C. and will be passed to the governing football authority - A.B.S.S.A. The registration process can take from 2-4 weeks, sometimes longer if a players card is required.

You are automatically covered by the ABSSA insurance scheme, but as this is only a "top-up" facility, you should also have valid insurance cover via your Company or country of residence. ABSSA insurance details are on the next page

Introduction to Club

 Are you (or ever have been) a member of another Belgian Club ?

If you DO have a Belgian ID card, make a photocopy of it and bring along to Training - see Step 2 below.

If you do NOT have a Belgian ID card, it may be possible to obtain a Players Card (ABSSA Carte Fédérale). For this we also need :-

  • 2 passport photos

  • photocopies of the details section of your passport (plus the cover)
    ensure the photocopy of your photo is a clear resemblance

  • If your passport is from a country outside the EU you also need a copy of your 'proof of permission' to stay in Belgium. 

    and give to Alex Knott at training or post them to him at Vrijheidslaan 8, 1560 Hoeilaart, Belgium

Step 2. Come to Training and sign the ABSSA 'green card'
Besides this form, you also have to sign the ABSSA 'green card', so your presence at our training sessions is required. Ask for Alex KNOTT or any Committee member for instructions. See you there !!
